  • Pioneers honored at annual Athletic Awards Banquet

    GREENEVILLE, Tenn. --- Widchard Guervil, Annie McCullough and Nicole McMillen were named the Tusculum University Athletes of the Year at “An Evening with the Pioneers” Tuesday night at Pioneer Arena. Over 600 student-athletes, coaches and guests were in attendance at the event, which honors Tusculum’s student-athletes for both on the field and off the field success.

    HICKORY, N.C. --- The Tusculum University women’s golf team posted a final round score of 318 to finish with a total of 941 to finish seventh at the 2019 South Atlantic Conference Championship, which was held at the par-72, 6,065-yard Lake Hickory Country Club.

    HICKORY, N.C. --- The Tusculum University women’s golf team shot a 307 in the second round of the 2019 South Atlantic Conference Championship on Monday. The Pioneers trimmed nine shots off its first round score (316) for a two-day tally of 623 which moves TU into sixth place on the team leaderboard.

The two-day, 36-hole tournament was hosted by Tusculum and held at the par-71, 5,930-yard Link Hills Country Club.
