COHUTTA, Ga. --- The Tusculum University men's golf B team shot an opening round 302 and has the first day lead at the Alice Lloyd College Invitational, which is being held at the Nob North Golf Club.

Tusculum has a two-shot lead over Bob Jones (304) and are three strokes clear of Truett McConnell B (305).

Tusculum's Harrison Price is the low Pioneer following his one-over par 73 which has him tied for fourth place. Point's Duncan Howie has the first round lead following his two-under par 70.

Point B team is fourth with 307, followed by Spartanburg Methodist (308), Covenant (310), Bob Jones B (335), Spartanburg Methodist B (337), host Alice Lloyd (339), Covenant (339), Toccoa Falls (344) and Bryan B (360).

The Tusculum duo of Dylan Side and Lawson Harkey each carded rounds of 75 and are tied for eighth place. Liam Colohan shot 79 and is tied for 21^st place while Hayden Shrewsbury posted an 82 and is tied for 26^th

Playing as individual competitors, Josiah Morris shot 82 and is 26^th, while Ryland Chaney is 44^th with his 86.

The final round will be played on Tuesday.
