AUSTIN, Texas --- Tusculum University student-athletes Kelly Donnelly and Devin Woodson have been named to the Google Cloud NCAA Division II Football Academic All-District 2 first team as selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America.

Donnelly was named to the All-SAC first team to become the 10th TU long-snapper to earn All-Conference honors.  Donnelly, who served as a back-up long snapper in his previous three Tusculum season, earned the start this year and became the first Pioneer in six years to earn a spot on the All-SAC first team at the position.  He also posted two tackles on special teams with a fumble recovery.

Woodson, a 6-1, 260-pound junior from Central, South Carolina, has a 3.48 GPA while majoring in exercise science.  He is a member of the SAC Commissioner's Honor Roll, Athletic Director's Honor Roll, Dean's List and Charles Oliver Gray Honors List.

Woodson played in all 10 games at defensive tackle where he accounted for 28 tackles, including seven for loss (-18 yds) and three sacks (-12 yds).  He posted a season five tackles each against Lenoir-Rhyne and Wingate.  He tallied three solo stops including a sack in the Pioneers' 37-10 SAC win over Limestone.  He also had three sacks with a sack in a 41-28 home win over Carson-Newman.
