ROCK HILL, S.C. --- Tusculum University guard Jordan Attia has been named to the 2026 South Atlantic Conference Men's Basketball All-Freshman Team. The announcement came on Tuesday with the release of the SAC Basketball Awards.
Attia, a 6-2, 170-pound rookie from North Port, Fla., finished third on the team in scoring, averaging 9.0 points per contest. He played in all 28 games including 21 starts, as he shot 41.4 percent from the floor and 79.4 percent from the free throw line. He averaged 2.6 rebounds and 1.6 assists per contest.
Attia scored in double-figures on 14 occasions this season including 13 of his last 17 outings. He tallied a season-best 20 markers against UVA Wise (Feb. 18, 2026). He also posted 19 points in a home win over Mars Hill (Feb. 11, 2026) and 17 markers in a victory over Bluefield State (Jan. 3, 2026).
Attia becomes the 11th Pioneer to garner SAC All-Freshman accolades.
