LENOIR CITY, Tenn. --- Tusculum University's Ed Linley is tied for 10^th place after day one action of the 2026 Tennessee River Rumble. The two-day, 54-hole tournament is being held at the 7,099-yard, par-72 Windriver Golf Club and hosted by Lincoln Memorial University.

The Pioneers posted a 36-hole aggregate team score of 301-306=607 and are in 14^th place in the 18-team tournament field which features seven nationally-ranked programs including five in the top-20 in NCAA Division II.

Linley sits at even par after opening with a two-under 70 and finished the day with a 74 to wrap up his 36-hole outing.

Wingate, the fifth-ranked team in the country, sits atop the leaderboard at 571 (-5) and leads by one shot over 20^th-ranked LMU (572, -4). Catawba is third with 576, followed by No. 34 USC Beaufort (578), and top-ranked Grand Valley (581) to round out the top-five.

Erskine is sixth with 585, followed by No. 11 North Georgia (587), Anderson, (589), Union, Tenn. (591), Lenoir-Rhyne (591), Ferris State (595), Carson-Newman (598), Newberry (606), Tusculum (607), LMU B (614), King (621), Cedarville (625) and Coker (DNS).

Lincoln Memorial's Harry Dickins and Lewis Beeden of Wingate share the individual lead at eight-under par 136. Beeden posted the low round of the day in his first 18 as he carded a 63 (-9). Dickins was steady with scores of 69 and 67.

Tusculum's Harrison Price shot 76-77=153 and is tied for 66^th, while the duo of Buster O'Callaghan and Gavin Sells each finished with 155 and are tied for 74^th. Fraser Laird rounds out the TU scoring with 83-78=161.

The tournament will conclude on Tuesday with the final 18 holes.
