Blake Williams is entering his first season on the coaching staff of the Tusculum University golf program for the 2025-26 campaign. He will serve as a graduate assistant coach and will help in all phases of the team including practice organization, team travel, academic monitoring, strength & conditioning and player developement.
Williams, a native of Lone Tree, Colo., competed on the Tusculum team for four seasons (2021-2025) where he finished his career with a 74.11 stroke average which is the fifth-lowest in TU history. His 13 career sub-par rounds are ranked ninth in the program record book as he competed in 25 tournaments and logged 66 competitive rounds. He recorded 10 top-20 finishes in his career which included four times in the top-10.
Williams completed his Bachelor of Arts degree May 2025 where he garnered magna cum laude distinction. He majored in sport management and was a member of the South Atlantic Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll, Dean's List, Charles Oliver Gray Honors List and the Tusculum Athletic Director's Honor Roll. He is a three-time recipient of the D2ADA Academic Achievement Award and is a two-time GCAA All-America Scholar. On two occasions, he was named to the CSC Academic All-District first team on two occasions.
