Dave Neijenhuis begins his first season as assistant men's soccer coach in the fall of 2025 after completing his collegiate career at East Tennessee State University.
Neijenhuis, a native of Millingen aan de Rijn, The Netherlands, was a four-year starter at Tennessee Wesleyan University from 2020-23. As a senior in 2023, he scored 11 goals and added seven assists for 29 points in 22 matches, helping the Bulldogs to the Appalachian Athletic Conference finals and the second round of the NAIA Tournament.
Neijenhuis accumulated 17 goals and 17 assists for 51 points in 76 matches at TWU, and followed up by playing 17 matches at ETSU in 2024. He played more than 1,400 minutes on defense for the Bucs, and his only goal against Wofford turned out to be the game-winner.
