2024
Outdoor: USTFCCCA All-Region in 4x400 relay... Earned silver medal as part of 4x400 relay at SAC Championship (3:10.73)... Part of school-record 4x400 relay that took third place at Lee Last Chance Meet in 3:10.72 (May 11)... Ran on five 4x400 relays, all of which finished in top three... Won 400 meters at Catamount Classic in 49.56 seconds (Apr. 20)... Finished sixth in 400 meters (49.05 seconds) at Montreat Open (Mar. 23)... Took fifth place in 200 meters (22.05) and finsihed third in 400 meters (49.16) at John-Hunter Classic (Mar. 15-16). 

Indoor: USTFCCCA All-Region in 400 meters and 4x400 relay... Part of winning 4x400 relay at SAC Championship (3:21.53)... Ran on three first-place 4x400 relays and a second-place relay... Took third in 500 meters and broke own school record at 1:04.23 in Commonwealth College Opener (Dec. 2)... Took fifth place in 300 meters at VMI Invitational in 35.05 seconds (Jan. 27)... Finished third in 400 meters (49.31) at VMI Winter Relays (Feb. 3).

2023
Outdoor: USTFCCCA All-Region in 4x400 relay... Part of 4x400 relay that finished second at SAC Championship (3:14.32)... Took ninth in SAC in 400 meters (48.98)... Placed fourth in 400 meters (48.56) at LR Bears Open (Apr. 22)... Ran 49.16 and finished fifth in 400 meters at Catamount Classic (Apr. 15)... Took sixth place in 400 at Flames Invitational (Apr. 8) in 50.17... Was fourth in 200 meters (22.25 seconds) at Montreat Open (Mar. 25).

Indoor: USTFCCCA All-Region in 4x400 relay... Finished fourth in 400 meters (49.76) and third in 4x400 relay (3:18.760) at SAC Championship... Took third in 400 meters (50.00) and fifth in 300 meters (35.66) at VMI Winter Relays (Feb. 4)... Ran ninth and set school record in 500 meters (1:05.37) at Commonwealth College Opener (Dec. 3).

Outdoor: Ran 48.80 in 400 meters at NJCAA Division I Championship, and was part of 4x400 relay that finished fourth in 3:13.25... Took seventh in 400 (48.72) and was part of winning 4x400 relay (3:14.10) at NJCAA Region XI Championship... Finished third in 400 (49.14) at Kip Janvrin Open (May 8)... Took eighth in 400 (48.81) at Sooner Invitational (Apr. 16)... Part of winning 4x400 relay (3:10.20) at Friends Open (Apr. 2)... Took fourth in 400 (48.88) at ESU Open (Mar. 26).

Indoor: Competed in 600 meters at NJCAA Division I Championship, finishing 26th overall in 1:25.28)... Took third in 600 (1:22.58) and fourth in 4x400 (3:22.70) at Region XI Championship... Finished second in 600 (1:23.14) at Mark Schuck Open (Jan. 29)... Finished 10th in 600 (1:22.45) at Hawkeye Invite (Jan. 15)... Outdoor: Finished eighth in 400 (49.46) at Region XI Championship... Placed 10th in 400 (48.99) at Drake Relays (Apr. 24)... Finished third in 4x400 with current TU teammate Zackary Nelson at Wichita State Open at 3:16.87 (April 10)... Placed fifth in 400 (49.35) and fourth as part of 4x400 (3:22.35) at Bethel Invitational (Apr. 3).

Indoor: Took 11th in 400 (53.12) at Region XI Championship... Finished fifth in 600 (1:25.76) and was fourth in 4x400 at 3:22.65 at Triton Challenge (Feb. 14)... Ran third in 4x400 (3:19.89) at Herschel Neil Invite (Jan. 30)... Part of 4x400 relay that was fourth at Northwest Open (Jan. 23).
