VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. --- Tusculum University senior sprinter Jahzara Hart claimed a pair of All-America honors on Saturday as she finished fifth in both the women's 60 and 200 meters at the NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field Championship at the Virginia Beach Sports Center.

Hart is now a four-time All-American for the Pioneers, having claimed outdoor honors in the 100 meters and 4x100-meter relay at last spring's NCAA Division II Championship. Along with Lansford Cunningham in the men's long jump, it is the first time that Tusculum has had three All-America performances in a single NCAA Division II Track & Field Championship event.

In the 60 meters, Hart was seeded fourth and ran 7.38 seconds in the finals, just .05 seconds behind runner-up Grizell Scarlett of Central Missouri. Grace Davis of Converse won the gold with a time of 7.26 seconds.

Hart was seeded second in the 200 finals and ran in the second of two sections in the event. Her time of 23.68 seconds was fifth place by .004 behind Leah Smith of Findlay, with Emma Cannan of Simon Fraser running 23.21 to take the championship.

The Tusculum women finished with eight points and tied for 25th out of 53 scoring teams, and were the highest-scoring team among South Atlantic Conference schools. The Pioneer men had three points to finish tied for 42nd out of 56 teams that had at least one point in the meet.
