ROCK HILL, S.C. --- Tusculum University freshman attack Elisha Stack and freshman midfielder Mya Halladay were named All-South Atlantic Conference in women's lacrosse for the 2025 season, the SAC office announced Tuesday.
Both Stack and Halladay were third-team selections after helping the Pioneers to an 8-9 overall record and a 4-7 mark in the conference. The eight wins are the most for the Pioneers since the 2016 season.
Stack scored 36 goals and had 36 assists for 72 points as a freshman, ranking her second in the conference in assists and third in points. The Lockport, Illinois native had three games with 10 points or more, tying the program record with 12 points against North Greenville on Feb. 26 and with eight assists at Thomas More on March 19.
Stack led the Pioneers with 12 free-position goals among her 36 goals, and had at least one goal in 14 of the Pioneers' 17 games. In 11 conference games, Stack finished with 22 goals and 19 assists for 41 points.
Halladay set the program single-season record with 88 draw controls, ranking her second in the conference. She added 16 goals and five assists for 21 points and was second on the team in both ground balls (28) and caused turnovers (15).
The Naramata, British Columbia native had at least two draw controls in all 17 games, with a season high of nine against Montevallo on Feb. 14 and two other games with eight.
Player of the Year awards went to Ava Skeffington of Anderson (Attacker), Megan Millard of Wingate (Midfielder) and Kathryn McCabe of Wingate (Defensive). Megan Muir of Anderson was Freshman of the Year and Abby Wiley of Wingate was voted Coach of the Year.
