GREENEVILLE, Tenn. --- Kyleigh Denson has committed to attend Tusculum College and play soccer for the Pioneers announced TC women's coach Mike Joy.

Denson, a 5-5 native of Clayton, Ohio, played her prep soccer at Northmont High School where she was a defender and a striker. She was a three-time All-Area and All-District selection and was selected as her team's Offensive Player of the Year by her peers in 2015. She garnered All-Conference honors three times and served two years as team captain.

Denson also played for Ohio Galaxies FC where she was coached by Wright State University's Patrick Ferguson. While at Ohio Galaxies FC, she played striker and midfielder.

She also played for the ODP State Team in 2011 and lettered on the Northmont track and field team and the cheerleading squad. She shined off the athletic fields as well where she garnered All-Academic honors.

Denson is planning to major in nursing at Tusculum College.
