Oller named to CSC Academic All-District Women's Volleyball Team

AUSTIN, Texas --- Tusculum University's Karris Oller has been named to the 2025 NCAA Division II Women's Volleyball Academic All-District® 3 first team as selected by the College Sports Communicators.

The 2025 Academic All-District® Women's Volleyball teams recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom.

District 3 is comprised of colleges and universities representing the South Atlantic Conference, Peach Belt Conference and Conference Carolinas. To be eligible, a student-athlete must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.50 or higher, must be at least a sophomore and played in 90 percent of their team's matches or start in 67 percent of their contests.

Oller, a sophomore middle blocker from Thornton, Colorado, has a 3.98 GPA while majoring in business administration. She is a member of the SAC Commissioner's Honor Roll, President's List, Dean's List and Charles Oliver Gray Honors List.

She started in all 25 matches for the Pioneers this past season where she averaged 2.14 kills, 0.47 digs and 0.41 blocks per game. She finished third on the team with her 195 total kills and second with 226 total points, 37 blocks and her .278 hitting percentage. She recorded double-figure kills on nine occasions including a season-best 17 in a home win over Coker. She closed out the season with double-digit kills in six of the last eight contests.

The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes volleyball honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA. Academic All-District® honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced in January.

The Division II and III CSC Academic All-America® programs are partially financially supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2025-2026 Divisions II and III Academic All-America® programs.
